Saugus Iron Works

The treasure was hidden at the Saugus Iron Works in Saugus, Massachusetts. 

Check out this awesome video made by one of our Happy Hunters who found the right location but wasn't able to the find the treasure after much searching.

The treasure was hidden under the 3D model map of the Iron Works seen at the beginning of the video. Hence "under the water, but kept dry as can be"
